As a certified lifestyle fitness coach it is my mission and my passion to assist you in achieving all of your fitness goals. From setting up your nutrition and exercise program to dealing with emotional issues related to food, to establishing compelling goals, to discovering an exercise program that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. It is my job to insure that the whole system is working to achieve optimum fitness success.

Whether the program you are interested in is one on one personal training, online and phone coaching, hypnosis, or Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, I offer something for everyone. From losing weight to increasing self esteem, to overcoming feelings of guilt and bad eating habits to being and becoming more congruent in your everyday life.

If you live in the Glendale/Burbank/Pasadena area, personal training and hypnosis sessions are available in private training studios in Burbank, Glendale or Pasadena. However, you don't have to be local to the San Fernando Valley to get the results you have been seeking. Nutrition coaching and lifestyle coaching can be done over the phone and the Internet. You may also take advantage of my new hypnosis CD's as well as my fitness audio program, Crossing The Line.
